Manual for Research-Teaching Integration at UCPH
This manual is intended for teachers and researchers, course directors, heads of programme or heads of studies or for study board members who seek inspiration and advice on how to bring teaching and research closer together at course, subject or degree programme level.
The aim is to show how Reseach-Teaching Integration can be put into practice.
The manual shows how Research-Teaching Integration:
- promotes committed knowledge and learning communities for both students and teachers
- strengthens the link between the University’s two main tasks
- ensures coherence in teachers’ daily work when teaching contributes to research and vice versa
- increases students’ curiosity, critical sense, knowledge and thoroughness, and improves their employability
